Effective October 3, 2015 the new Closing Disclosure will display our “Settlement Fee” which includes all costs and fees that are associated with our representation of the lender, as follows: attorney fees, title examination fees, commitment fees, courier/overnight delivery fees, and recording.

Title Search: $150.00+ Depending on the County and Complexity
Wire Fee: $included
Post Closing: $included
CFPB Fee: $included
CPL Fee: $45.00
Recording Charges: Actual recording costs vary depending on the transaction (normally, $60).
Lenders Title Policy rate: Call 678-631-1040 for a quote.
Owners Title Insurance: Call 678-631-1040 for a quote.
Simultaneous issue discounts when Owner’s and Lender’s Title Insurance purchased in the same transaction.
