Checklist for Purchasers

What You’ll Need

• Homeowners’ Insurance declarations page. If you have already paid in full, please provide a paid receipt.
• Please notify us in advance if you would like a Joint Tenancy Deed if you are purchasing a house with another person, if not a standard Tenant in Common Deed will be prepared.
• Remember to bring to closing:
  • Photo ID
  • Certified funds
  • Specific POA, if applicable
  • Any additional documents required by your lender. Tax documents or a copy of the HUD from the sale of your previous home.
